3. No guaranteed outcomes
Amazon makes all final decisions about seller accounts, listings, approvals and appeals. Sales and business results depend on many factors outside our control. We therefore do not guarantee any specific outcome, including account reinstatement, approval, sales or profit.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information and documents
- Comply with Amazon’s policies and all applicable laws
- Keep your account login details secure and grant us only the access we need
- Review and approve key decisions when we ask you to

Fees, payment schedules and refund terms are set out in your written agreement or order (including orders placed through Fiverr, where Fiverr’s terms also apply).

The free consultation is offered without obligation. Information shared during the consultation is general guidance based on the details you provide.

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by Amazon or other third parties. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.
